The process
From application to your first flight.
Application & assessment
Complete our application and assessment via Google Forms. A minimum score of 30/40 is required to pass — fall short and you'll wait one week before reattempting (immediate retakes mean disqualification).
Review within 72 hours
Test results are reviewed within 72 hours. We assess every applicant fairly and get back to you promptly.
Discord invitation
Successful applicants receive a Discord invitation. No response within 72 hours? Contact @Singapore_Virtual, @M1llard or @iJazzyman for assistance.
Flight Evaluation
Before logging hours, complete a Flight Evaluation covering in-flight scenarios including controlled-airspace operations. It's tailored to your grade and entry score.
Callsign & CrewCentre
Pass the evaluation and you'll be assigned your callsign and granted access to CrewCentre — then you're cleared to start logging hours.

- ✓Active IFC account in good standing
- ✓Pass the application assessment (min. 30/40)
- ✓Complete a Flight Evaluation
- ✓Discord access (server is invite-only)
- ✓Not on the IFVARB Blacklist or Watchlist
